![]() LESSON 5: HOW TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR PIVOT TABLES In Lesson 4 of our Advanced Excel Accelerated Course, you'll learn how to build pivot tables in a few easy steps. In Lesson 3, users will spend a significant portion of their time learning three different types of lookup formulas by learning about how they are structured, how they are used, and when to use each type of formula depending on your spreadsheet and your desired outcome. During this lesson you'll learn different techniques to link sheets together, work with hyperlinks and learn a few formulas that will help you become more efficient when working with dates in Excel. Lesson 1 helps you quickly learn Excel skills that intermediate users should know and helps our newer Excel students get well acquainted with the structure of our course. Most of our classrooms, are equipped with Mac and Windows computers for use during your Excel training class. If you are not sure which level would benefit you, please have a look at the course descriptions for each level. For the intermediate and advanced Excel courses, we recommend development in Excel for at least 3 months or having attended the beginner course. Prerequisites for enrolling in Excel public coursesįor the beginner course, no previous experience is required. Although public Excel classes are generally available, a private one on one course is without doubt, the best way to learn anything, including of course Excel.
